What is included in “The Essentials Website” plan?
Our Essentials plan offers a professionally designed 5-page website that comes with secure hosting, ongoing maintenance (including backups and security updates), and SEO to help you get noticed online.

How long is the commitment for these plans?
Both our Essentials and Ecommerce plans are offered on a 12‑month term, ensuring you have a stable foundation and continuous support as you build and grow your online presence.
After the initial 12-month term, if you wish to keep your website maintained on our hosting or your own, ongoing support is available for just £50 per month, this also includes any premium licenses that we may typically use in a website build.
Can I pay off the website early, and are there any discounts for doing so?
Yes! If you prefer to settle the full amount before the end of the 12‑month term, we offer attractive early buyout discounts.
This gives you flexibility if you’d like to assume full ownership of your website sooner.
What happens after the initial 12‑month term?
Once the 12‑month period is complete, you have the option to continue benefiting from our hosting, maintenance, premium licenses, and downtime support services for just £50 per month.
Alternatively, you can choose to migrate your website to your own host, giving you complete control over your website.
Please note that you will lose access to the premium licenses used if you choose to migrate to your own hosting without a continued maintenance plan.
Migration is offered free of charge for up to 30 days after the end of the term.

Are there any hidden fees or additional charges beyond the monthly rate?
Absolutely not! No hidden fees here. Our pricing is completely transparent—from the monthly rate for the initial 12‑month term to the maintenance fee after the term.
All included services and any additional benefits are clearly outlined, so you know exactly what you’re getting, and we’ll discuss this in as much detail as you need before going ahead with your site!
What type of ongoing maintenance and support do you provide?
Our service includes routine maintenance, regular backups, security updates, premium plugin licenses, and even up to 3 content revisions or additions each month.
For the ecommerce plan, we also offer additional monthly support to keep your online store up to date.
If I prefer to move to my own hosting after the initial term, how easy is the migration process?
While migration projects can sometimes present unique challenges, especially with WordPress sites where the new host must be fully compatible with WP Core and the WP database, we’re here to make the process hassle-free. We will handle the migration of your site to your chosen hosting provider free of charge for up to 30 days after your 12‑month term, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal downtime.
